Sponsors

At the Western Montana Trail Series, we’re pretty excited to work with people we believe in. The sponsors on this page are great folks and believe in what BRAM is trying to do. They’re incredibly supportive, and they’re making the Western Montana Trail Series possible. We have absolute confidence in everyone on this page, which is why we think we’ve got the best sponsors around.

Zillastate Real Estate and Property Management has been involved in mountain bike racing in Missoula for more than two decades. Jed and his team have promoted races, coached juniors, and sponsored events to ensure that the growth of bike racing in Montana remains healthy, and continue to devote countless volunteer hours each year to keep the show rolling. They’re also a one stop shop for residential and commercial real estate sales and property management in the Missoula area. Drop in or give ‘em a call, you won’t be disappointed.
Bikes and beer go together like PB and J. It almost goes without saying that a bike race and a brewery will team up eventually, and we couldn’t be happier than to partner with Big Sky Brewing, right here in Missoula. Big Sky Brewing has supported trails advocacy, junior development and racing for years and we can’t wait to keep working with them to further elevate the level of riding in western Montana. It doesn’t hurt that their beer tastes great too.
Caffe Dolce was one of the first sponsors to really buy into what we have going on here. Lucky for us it’s also the best restaurant in Missoula, which made meeting venues a no brainer. They’ve got the best lamb burger you’ve ever had, an old world wine list as long as your chainstays, and make their pasta from scratch every morning. The only thing harder than picking just one item from the menu is racing mountain bikes against Peter, the owner.

Crashes happen. When they do, you want the best doctors and resources available to you. From minor sprains and strains to their extensive surgical expertise, Missoula Bone and Joint leads western Montana in orthopedic care. They understand it is never a good time to be injured, but when biking accidents happen they provide a convenient Urgent Care Walk-in Clinic for your urgent orthopedic injuries. Staffed by experienced Physician Assistants MB&J Urgent Care is open Monday-Thursday 8.30am-7.00pm, Friday 8.30am-5.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am-2.00pm
The mall has the best deals in town. They’re taking on a big remodel in the next year, and we’re pretty excited to see how it comes together. The Southgate Mall has supported bike racing in Montana since the first edition of the Missoula XC, and is worth checking out. If you start to bonk, you can sniff out the Caffe Dolce location there to top off the tank.
Black Coffee Roasting Company has taken Montana by storm, and for good reason. Those guys are killing it. If you haven’t started a ride with a piping hot cup of Vinyl or one of their signature blends, you’re really missing out. They’ll have a tent and free coffee at every Western Montana Trail Series event, so swing by and give it a taste. They’ve also got one of the best Instagram feeds around, @blackcoffeeroasting.
Jamie and Anya over at Endurance Physio are, quite simply, the best in town. The best athletes in Montana head that way to get to get back on track, or for customized bike fitting to perform your best.
The Dram Shop is the hottest new watering hole in town. Zach and Sarah Millar keep 40 taps rotating one keg at a time, and also have a selection of ciders, kambucha, and wine. It’s a low key, family friendly environment and a great place to meet if you’re rolling through town. Be sure to swing by for the Western Montana Trail Series season pass party on February 28!
The team at Kent Bros Automotive have the tools and knowhow to keep your Subaru running like it should. They’ve also got the tools and knowhow to build custom features for some of the races, and we think that’s rad.
When it came time for the Western Montana Trail Series to put on its big kid pants and get general liability insurance, we reached out to the best source in Missoula. The friendly staff at PayneWest offers insurance policies for your home, car, and business for peace of mind that you can count on.
Calling WGM Group a community centered engineering firm is an understatement. Their experts specialize in environmental engineering, city planning, and water and historical resource conservation. What’s really impressive is that those same experts still make time to volunteer with youth rider development, race promotion, and ski patrol.
It’s always a good call to have a lawyer in your corner. Attorneys from GLR have helped our organization immensely over the years with non-profit designation, staffing questions, and generally helping us stay on the right side of the law.
The Sprinkler Maniac crew have set the bar for efficiency in getting your home irrigation system dialed. There’s a reason almost everybody who rides bikes in Missoula calls John for installations, repairs, and blowouts. He’s also an expert in exercise physiology and metabolism science, so you might be able to pick his brain while he’s working on your yard – if you can keep up!
The Good Food Store has been Missoula’s staple for healthy, sustainable groceries for more than 40 years. They recently expanded their excellent hot bar options, so whether you’re looking to cook dinner at the VRBO or grab a great lunch, these guys have you covered.
From routine check ups to sophisticated surgery, Meng Dentistry has you covered. They’re recognized regionally as the go-to specialists in sedative dentistry, and the youngest Dr. Meng is a common sight on the race course.

Whether you’re looking for a business checking account or to finance your first home, the locals at Bank of Montana have you covered.
